You are viewing an absolutely delightful bedjacket from the fifties that is in a knockout color that I would say is a combo coral/pink. The lace is equally beautiful, in a floral pattern and plenty of it across the front yolk of the bodice and the entire baby doll sleeves are of this lace--pouffy and pretty and sleeve lace is completely lined with a sheer nylon. Fabric of this lingerie item is 100% nylon and the construction of the garment is superb. This has to be one of the top of the line that Sears Roebuck featured then. It equals the finest lingerie made under most any name. There is piping around the neckline and sleeve ends. The hemline is edged by delicate baby lace. The two buttons that close the bedjacket at the top are covered nylon in matching fabric. Bed jackets usually had one one or two closure buttons at the top so that your pretty choice of gown below would be seen. SIZE is a label stated 32-34 bust. This was made in the USA and the fabric is smoke-free, odor-free and super clean. The vintage double-loop cloth label is in an interior side seam and is very nice. CONDITION of bed bed jacket is excellent to near mint.
