The feathers look closed due to angle of pics but they actually fan open lovely
This is an absolutely wonderful cocktail hat. It's wispy and delightful and would be great for displaying or for a costume department making a retro film. You won't see many of these hats and especially so well preserved. From the center top sanddollar size swirled green feathers are feathers spoking out with the tiniest of quills to end in the green feather delights in full circle. The quills themselves have teensy multicolored beads (black, white, clear, coral, aqua)--but the main theme is GREEN--green feathers, green net. This is in excellent condition and it be packaged carefully. Remember that you do not pay shipping within USA. I no longer sell internationally. I cannot provide a definite size for this, since it is a net base and will fit various size heads. I adore this hat and have had it displayed for some time before presenting here.
