It's a satiny charmeusse type fabric (100% polyester) and it was made in USA. The color is a beautiful pink/mauve with a gorgeous white floral lace insert that extends upwards from the hemline in the middle front. The size is label-stated Medium with Style #7175L-23 (LENGTH 23 inches). Waist is elastic and good elastic strength. Waist unstretched is 21 inches and stretches to 30 inches.
