SIZE: no size label but will fit busts of 36 and 38 and would look good on a today's size 10 or 12. Hips will go to about 40 inches.
LENGTH is 53 inches
FABRIC ~ no label but this appears to be a quality nylon from my experience with fabrics. I cannot date it to a specific period of time, but do think it is 70s/80s.
