REFUND POLICY
Jun 24, 2008 -- We have a good refund policy. We do not charge our USA buyers shipping, but if an item if refunded, we do not pay that shipping...that is the buyer's responsibility.

A refund is based upon the item not being as represented. We do our very best to present only quality items. If we inadvertently miss something that disturbs you, please e-mail and we will work it out. We believe in "buyer satisfaction." Items must be returned within a reasonable time from your receipt date (10 days max) and you must insure the returned item. It needs to be returned in as good condition as it was sent to you. Upon receiving the item and inspecting it, your refund will be made quickly through either PayPal or by personal check. We do not use money orders to refund.
